Paid Marketing 

I built and ran WEBTOON's paid marketing creative team, and one of the needs we had was 2D animated/ and motion graphic content. At the time, we didn't have that capability in-house, so we partnered with external animation studios to bring WEBTOON's IP to life! I art-directed all animation campaigns with great success! And grew an in-house video team of over 20 people.
