Social Media Creative Direction

WEBTOON has so many wonderful IPs and talented creators that it only made sense to create in-house animations of existing comics and open a new original animation first content creation funnel via shorts.

I created a new internal 2D animation arm within my creative department consisting of 10 animators, and we went to town making a whole bunch of social-first animations! WEBTOON's audience and creators were happy to see us embracing the beauty of animated content!
