Tapas Media
I was the Head of Creative at Tapas Media, a webcomic/web novel company. I oversaw a team of designers, freelancers, and contractors to execute all of Tapas' in-app and external marketing visuals.
I creatively/ art directed all comic/novel covers, thumbnails, and promo items. I provide and create brand guidelines, while.
​managing multiple projects and making sure we deliver assets on time.
I oversaw all the assets for the Tapas app and web. Provide templates for UGC and in-house designers, and organize their Dropbox archive systems for easy asset management. Tapas.io
I worked with the dev team to maintain and suggest new UI features/ specs to help our creators and readers navigate our site more easily.

Tapas ran a lot of community reading challenges, app takeovers, and "Inksgiving".
I took care of the concepts and design directions for those events.

I ran Tapas' Youtube channel and Tapamons' personal Instagram account @tapamon_official.
Working alongside the marketing team, I ensured my team delivered and ideated all assets for @tapas_app
We supplied filters, videos, and static images to help grow the channels.
Branding
I had in-house and external partners make the merch. I also approved all 3D and 2D animations for Tapas mascot Tapamon. We had style sheets and a large library of assets filled with the mascot and logo designs that were used across multiple teams.
