Kuma Animations is my indie animation studio and long-term passion project. I’m currently developing a two-minute short titled Emotional Delivery, alongside a growing collection of animated shorts centered on my avatar, Kuma, a resilient, spunky character shaped by loss and personal growth.

These projects have helped me build an audience of over 1,000 followers across multiple platforms, serving as both a creative outlet and a means for technical growth. The vision for Kuma Animations is to grow into a collaborative studio where emotionally driven stories from webcomic and comic creators can be translated into animation.

Launched a self-driven experiment to test audience growth and engagement through reaction-style sticker GIFs, knowing they are among the most used formats on social platforms.

Illustrated, animated, and uploaded 95 original GIFs blending humor, character design, and emotional expression.
Reached 7.8 Million views in 5 month, proving demand and validating the strategy for brand building and studio expansion.
